Are sessions held in-person or virtually?

Currently all coaching sessions will be held virtually via Zoom, Google Hangouts, or FaceTime. After the first month of coaching, clients will have an option to meet in-person.

How long does each session run?

The first session (intake session) will be one-hour. Each session after will run approximately 45-minutes. Clients will have an option to add additional time should they need it and at the availability of their coach.

What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments are required to be cancelled 48-hours in advance unless there is an emergency. Please text, email, or call Jeff to cancel. You will have the option to add a new session time in that week should there be availability or receive credit towards a session in the future. 

How do Payment plans work?

We are currently offering one payment plan with more to come in the near future! Each will require a 90-day commitment. All payments are monthly and due at the first of each month to cover your coaching sessions.

Can I change or extend my plan?

Absolutely! If you are interested in adding additional sessions or monthly plans, simply let MindfulThrive know and we can make adjustments. You will also have an option to log in to your account and make updates to your desired plan.

What can I expect from each session?

Sessions will consist of reviews & check-ins, action planning, mental exercises, and open forum questions and feedback. You are in the driver seat of each session with the support of your coach to ensure you are benefiting and achieving the most each time.
